(ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment/construction raised by respondent No.6 in the parking area adjoining to the flat of the petitioner.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as available under law.
