ARUN MONGA , J. (ORAL ) Grievance of the petitioners is that anomalies in their pay scales are not being removed despite petitioners having served legal notice dated 27.3.2019 (Annexure P3), which has not been adverted to by the respondents till date. Hence, the writ petition. Notice of motion.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to objectively consider the legal notice dated 27.3.2019 (Annexure P6), and also by keeping in view the contentions stated in the present writ petition by treating it as a supplementary representation and pass a speaking order, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Disposed of in above terms.
