Pursuant to two separate eviction applications filed against the petitioner, one by the Gram Panchayat and another by private persons, two eviction orders have been passed against him. The petitioner has filed two appeals alongwith stay applications. As no order on the stay applications has been passed, the aggrieved petitioner has filed the instant writ petition. [2] Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any views on merit, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Collector, Kaithal, to decide the stay applications filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. [3] Let status quo re: demolition be maintained for a period of two weeks.
