* * * * AVNEESH JHINGAN, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of the orders dated 26.02.2018 (Annexure P-1) and 03.05.2018 (Annexure P-2) vide which petitioner was suspended and his suspension was upheld in appeal.

During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer that the regular inquiry, which is pending, may be decided in a time bound manner.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that the regular inquiry against the petitioner be concluded expeditiously.
