***** ARUN MONGA, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.213 dated 02.08.2018, registered under Sections 307, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station It Park, Chandigarh.

At the outset, learned counsel for the U.T. Chandigarh, per his instructions from ASI Darshan Devi, submits that during the pendency of the proceedings before this Court, investigation has been completed by the SIT and interrogation of all the accused, including that of the petitioner has also been carried out.

It also transpires that even challan has already been presented before the competent Court of jurisdiction and trial has also started. 4.
In the premise since investigation is complete, no custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required at this stage and he has already cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed.
