(Oral) This is the 1st petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.24 dated 02.04.2014 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Bilga, District Jalandhar City.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that in the present case, the petitioner is involved in 7 other cases and has also pointed out that in the present petition, no details of the said cases have been mentioned. Even in paragraph 10 of the petition, it has been mentioned that the petitioner is not involved in any other case.
