(ORAL) This matter is pending in this Court since 2006 and as on date, the appellant has not been able to effect service on all the respondents. On the last date of hearing, no one was present on behalf of the Estate Officer, HUDA, Kaithal and on the asking of this Court, Mr. Rajesh Gaur, Addl. A.G., Haryana, who was present in Court, was asked to represent the appellant. He sought time to get necessary instructions and to take appropriate steps for furnishing correct address of unserved respondents.

Even today, no one is present in Court, though the matter has been called twice. It appears that the Estate Officer, HUDA, Kaithal is not interested in pursuing the matter.
