Earlier the two petitions filed by the petitioner being CRM-M-50013-2022 and CRM-M-32103-2022 were dismissed as withdrawn on 14.12.2022 and 03.07.2023 respectively. This is the third petition for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner. However, in the heading of the petition it has been mentioned that the present petition is the second petition for grant of regular bail.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
