**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similarly situated co-accused, namely, Vicky, Harjinder Singh @ Hindi and Hardeep Singh, who are also facing other NDPS cases, have already bene granted the concession of bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned State counsel is directed to look into the aforesaid aspect of the matter.
