(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 17.09.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Court of learned ACJM, Fatehabad, whereby complaint filed by the respondent-complainant under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, has been restored to its original number. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition.
