The petitioners have approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.284 dated 12.9.2020 registered at Police Station Madhuban, District Karnal under Section 24 of Immigration Act and Sections 370, 406, 420 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Since the petitioners have filed separate petition i.e. CRM-M-29123 of 2020 seeking quashing of FIR on grounds of compromise, which has been accepted vide separate order of even date passed in the said case and the FIR stands quashed qua the petitioners, the instant petition filed on behalf of the same two petitioners seeking anticipatory bail is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
