(ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the notice dated 09.06.2016 (Annexure P-1) and for directing the respondent bank to grant some time to the petitioner to pay the entire dues. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-bank. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
