In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No. 3 to decide the representation dated 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-7) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
