The order has been passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat, observing that road in dispute was constructed way back in the year 1982 and thereafter has been repaired many times by PWD (B&R) Department. The petitioners, however, insists that the alignment of the road is now being changed.
Since the writ petition raises disputed questions of fact, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to approach the higher authorities including the Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak.
Ordered accordingly.
