(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 06.10.2020 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtak (Annexure P-9) and for quashing of FIR No. 710 dated 9.10.2020 registered under Sections 34, 406, 417, 420, 506 IPC read with Sections 120-B IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Rohtak City, Rohtak (Annexure P-10) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State counsel, who is assisted by the learned counsel for the complainant, on instructions from ASI Vikram Singh, submits that the cancellation report dated 13.1.2021 in the above-noted FIR has been filed.
