(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to allot the tender to the petitioner being successful bidder as per the tender summary report prepared by the respondent-department.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since no allotment has been made so far, he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in case need so arises. 3.
