Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 23.05.2019 (Annexure P5), passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Malerkotla in complaint bearing No. 93 dated 02.02.2018, whereby application under Section 311 Cr.P.C., filed by the petitioner, was dismissed.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy, as available to her in accordance with law.

In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
