(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner, namely, Lachhman Singh in case FIR No.0024 dated 02.03.2018 registered under Sections 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur. Lateron, Sections 302, 325, 34 IPC were added, deleting Sections 148 and 149 IPC. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Lachhman Singh - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 17.07.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
