**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this second petition, the petitioner seeks interim regular bail in FIR No.9 dated 17.12.2021, under Sections 21(C), 23, 29 of the NDPS Act; Section 489-A, 489-B and 489-C and Sections 25 and 27 of the NDPS Act (added later on), registered at Police Station SSOC Fazilka, District Fazilka, on medical ground. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has since expired and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
