By way of present revision petition, plaintiff/decree holder (petitioner herein) has challenged the order dated 13.03.2023 (Annexure P12), passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Amritsar, in the execution proceedings, vide which, issues have been framed on the objections filed by the objectors-respondents No.2 to 6. 2.

In pursuance to the notice issued by this Court on 28.07.2023, Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, Sr. Advocate assisted by Ms. Aashna Aggarwal, Advocate, is appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 to 6. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner (plaintiff) is involved in the present litigation since the year 2016, and a suit for possession by way of specific performance of agreement to sell, was decreed in his favour. CR-4202-2023 - 2 - impugned order 13.03.2023 (P-12), he would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to decide the issues framed by the Executing Court vide impugned order (P-12), in a time bound manner. Even respondents plead no objection to this submission.

Learned Sr. counsel appearing on behalf of the objectors - respondents No.2 to 6, also makes a statement that objectors/respondents No.2 to 6 would make all sincere efforts to complete their evidence within four months from today, and they would not take any further time beyond the time stated by him before this Court.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, and taking note of the fact that all the Courts are burdened with the voluminous work, present revision petition is disposed of, by making an observation that the Executing Court would make all possible endeavour to decide the issues finally within a period of 18 months from today.
