(Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that against the election programme/schedule issued by the District Registrar, Firms and Societies, Kurukshetra, appeal of the petitioner is pending before the State Registrar since 19.01.2022. Even the application for interim stay has not been taken up by the appellate authority.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and submits that the appeal shall be decided by the State Registrar along with miscellaneous application within three weeks from today in accordance with law.
