Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that respondent No. 1 has got re-married during the pendency of the petition when it was pending before the Family Court in the year 2018, however, this fact could not be incorporated or brought into records, as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Family Court for modification of the impugned order by way of bringing on record the aforesaid facts.
