The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.137 dated 28.07.2020 registered under Sections 380/34 IPC at Police Station Kotwali, District Bathinda.

Vide order dated 26.10.2020, petitioner was granted the concession of anticipatory bail in the following terms:- "Counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that FIR was registered against an unknown person in respect of occurrence dated 28.07.2020. Later, the complainant purportedly made a supplementary statement indicting the petitioner and one Soma son of Nek Chand but in the said statement, there is no reference to the person who gave this information to the complainant. It is further argued that Soma son of Nek Chand was arrested but no recovery was effected from him and he has been released on bail." CRM-M-33554-2020 -22023:PHHC:049157 Learned State counsel on instructions states that pursuant to order dated 26.10.2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 26.10.2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
