(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner that his services be regularized w.e.f 01.02.1996 in the light of instructions dated 07.03.1996 read with circular letter dated 18.03.1996 (P-2) and the petitioner be further granted consequential benefits, in view of the judgment dated 19.08.2004 passed in C.W.P No. 1998 of 2003.
The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 24.08.2015 (Annexure P-6) in this regard, but no decision has been taken thereon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to GAURAV ARORA 2016.01.15 13:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2015 (Annexure P-6) by passing a speaking order expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
