As per reply, in compliance of order dated 28.05.2025, the petitioner has joined the proceesings before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, and he is appearing before the learned trial Court. In view of the above development, the present petition has become infructuous, as there is no need to quash the impugned order dated 03.05.2025. 3.

In view of the abovementioned submission of the learned State counsel, the present petition is hereby dismissed being infructuous.
