**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the services of the petitioner have been regularized w.e.f. 25.02.2020 and that the regularization has been made choosing the pick and choose policy, inasmuch as, the services of the juniors to the petitioners have been regularized w.e.f. August, 2014. He further submits that the petitioner intends to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to challenge the said order. Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge any subsequent order, if so advised.
