Ms. Radha Bhardwaj, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 30.09.2017 (P-8) whereby punishment of stoppage of one annual increment is imposed upon the petitioner.

A bare perusal of impugned order shows that as per Enquiry report, the petitioner was held responsible for negligence in performing of official duties. Further the medical certificate submitted by the petitioner was also found to be manipulated.

After going through the enquiry report, the punishment awarded to the petitioner is minor punishment and has been rightly imposed upon him. At this stage, no ground is made out to quash order dated 30.09.2017 (P-8).

The petition stands dismissed.
