CORAM:
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. Gurminder Singh, Senior Advocate, with Mr. JPS Sidhu, Advocate, for the petitioner(s). **** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.
This order shall dispose of two petitions bearing CWP Nos.20006 and 20007 of 2016 as the issue involved in both the cases is the same.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, I am of the considered opinion that the issue raised in these petitions have already been dealt with by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions with the lead case bearing CWP No.5179 of 2014. All the writ petitions were dismissed on 29.02.2016 and now the petitioners cannot take advantage of the order passed in LPA No.800 of 2016 as the said appeal was withdrawn. The petitioners cannot be allowed to rake up the same issues again which have already been decided and unsuccessfully challenged by the petitioners

Consequently, both the writ petitions are hereby dismissed, though without any order as to costs.
