The parties are present and have been interacted with. Petitioner No. 1-Manjot Kaur has submitted that she does not deny the relationship with petitioner No. 2 but is not ready to go against her family and her endeavour is to ensure that the families may reconcile, only then she will be in a position to continue the relationship with petitioner No. 2. 2.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of, considering there is no threat perception to the petitioners and the parties are directed to maintain peace and harmony in the society. 3.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners, in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
