(Oral) The present third petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.175 dated 07.09.2024 registered under Sections 21-C, 23, 25, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 [Section 341(2), 317(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 were added later on and Section 25 of the NDPS Act was deleted] at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
