Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the final list of appointment (P-6) for the post of Assistant Advocate General.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that his grievance has been redressed, therefore, she does not want to pursue the present petition any further.
