The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr. P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.04 dated 04.01.2023, registered under Sections 186, 341, 353 & 506 IPC at Police Station Farrukhnagar, District Gurugram.

Learned counsel for the parties at the outset have made a reference to the settlement that had been arrived at between the parties at Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court on 20.07.2023, as per which both the parties were obligated to comply with certain conditions. 3.

In furtherance to the above, the first motion statement has also been recorded of the parties for grant of divorce by mutual consent on 02.08.2023 and amount in part, as per the settlement has also been paid to the complainant. The petitioner
