**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the action of the respondents College not regularizing her services and reflecting her to be a contractual employee vide Annexure P-5.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the fact that this dispute has arisen between the petitioner and respondent No.2, which is an unaided College, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy available to her.
