This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside the charge sheet dated 18.06.2019 which has been served upon the petitioner vide NRO/Admn./E-058211 dated 19.06.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the relief claimed has been afforded to the petitioner, this petition is rendered infructuous and same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
