Learned counsel submits that the retiral benefits have been released after a delay of two years, the petitioner having retired on 30.04.2019 and is thus, entitled to interest, with regard to which, a representation dated 01.04.2025, Annexure P-1, has been submitted, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 2.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 01.04.2025 within a period of 6 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
