***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for quashing of FIR No.0108 dated 12.07.2018, registered under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC, at Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana. 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that this petition has become infructuous since cancellation report has been filed by the police and accepted by competent authority.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication before this Court. Disposed of accordingly.
