**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned senior counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the petitioner has already deposited the amount towards loss with interest in the account of respondent No.1. After deposit of the amount with interest, petitioner has started custom milling of the paddy since Kharif 2021. Petitioner ceases to be a defaulter as per custom milling policy. Learned senior counsel further submits that this writ petition has become infructuous.

There is no denial to the aforesaid fact, as none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
