(Oral) Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.67 dated 28.03.2026 under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 190, 191(3), 351(3), 324(5), 238(c) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023, Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. Section 109(1) BNS has been added in the FIR during investigation. This is the first petition for anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous as petitioner has been arrested. The petition is accordingly disposed of, having become infructuous.
