Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after recording the FIR on 22.06.2018, no further steps have been taken to investigate the matter. A representation to this effect Annexure P-2 was made to Superintendent of Police, Sirsa on 23.01.2019, which has also not been disposed of so far.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa to look into the representation Annexure P-2 made by petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of copy of this order.
