   Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied if Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur i.e. respondent No.2 is directed to look into the representation dated 01.08.2022 (Annexure P-5), made to him by the petitioners in this regard and take appropriate action on the same.

As per averments made in the petition, both the petitioners are major. Dates of birth of both the petitioners are 30.05.2000 and 29.06.1997, respectively. Copy of Birth Certificate of petitioner No.1 and copy of Aadhar card of petitioner No.2 are appended with the petition as Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively. They got married on 30.07.2022 as per Marriage Certificate, Annexure P-3. Photographs of the marriage are Annexure P-4.

  Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Mavpreet Singh, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim raised by the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur to look into the representation dated 01.08..2022 (Annexure P-5) and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
