The main grievance of the petitioner at this stage is that private respondent Nos.6 to 11 are carrying on construction/development of certain sites without obtaining `Change of Land Use' permission and without obtaining the requisite license under the provisions of Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Area Act, 1975. Further allegations are that the private respondents are selling plots to other customers as well. The official respondents have filed their written statement taking a plea that unauthorised construction raised by the private respondents has since been demolished. CWP-2007-2016 -2that in future also if the private respondents would indulge in any illegal activity, stern action will be taken against them. He further states that if need be and a prima facie offence under the provisions of Indian Penal Code or any penal law is made out, then action shall also be taken against the violators. In view of the stand taken by the official respondents, no further action is called for.
