HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State submits that in compliance of order dated 17.03.2021 passed by this Court in CWP No. 6066 of 2020, a speaking order dated 25.10.2021 has been passed by the Competent Authority whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

In view thereof, present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to add that it would be open to the petitioner to assail the said order if still aggrieved.
