The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No.4 and 5 to register FIR/criminal case under the relevant provisions of law against respondents No.6 to 10 and investigate the matter.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the concerned Authorities. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
