2 Vide order dated 30.08.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Satywan, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
