(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the order dated 15.09.2016 (Annexure P-8) passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh in MA No.135/2016 in MA No.50/2016 in SA No.411/2013. 2.

From the perusal of the writ petition, it is revealed that the order impugned herein is an appealable order under Section 18 of the The Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Therefore, a request has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioners for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority, in accordance with law. 3.
