* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner alleges that an allotment letter dated 22.11.2004 was issued in his favour and that he had made the entire payment in respect of the plot allotted by the year 2010. The petitioner thereafter sought possession of the plot, but the respondents have failed to do so. Nor have the respondents even responded to the petitioner's demand for the same contained lastly in a legal notice dated 13.02.2017 (Annexure P-4). 2.

At this stage, the ends of justice would be met by directing the respondents to respond to the petitioner's notice dated 13.02.2017 (Annexure P-4) by 15.09.2017. In the event of the respondents refusing to hand over possession, they shall furnish reasons for the same.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
