The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of notice of possession dated 01.09.2016 (Annexure P-3) as well as notice of attachment dated 01.09.2016 (Annexure P-4) issued by respondent No. 2 under Sections 13(2) and 13(12) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. respectively.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent-Bank as the petitioners are prepared to pay the amount in installments. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
