SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) The claim of the petitioner for allotment of alternative site as an 'Oustee' in lieu of acquisition of his residential house, has been turned down by the Estate Officer-II, HSVP, Gurugram vide impugned order dated 26.03.2018. The residential house has been demolished. It appears that claim of the petitioner for allotment of alternative site under the 'Oustees Category' requires consideration by the higher authorities. [2] The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 26.03.2018 before the Chief Administrator, HUDA, who in turn is directed to decide the same by way of a reasoned order within a period of four months from the date of its filing.
