Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No.4 to 9, to deposit the EPF dues in the account of workers/members of the petitioner organization, in compliance of statutory provision of EPF & Misc. Provision Act, 1952. 2.

After being pointed out by counsel for the respondents and on JAWALA RAM 2024.05.30 18:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CWP-16560-2017 - 2 - perusal of the case file, it is noticed that notice of motion was issued way back in the year 2017, and thereafter, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner - organization on 10.01.2018, 19.07.2018, 18.09.2023 and 15.01.2024.

Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner - organization. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option except to dispose of the writ petition for want of prosecution. 6.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.

Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the petitioner - organization at the address mentioned in the memo of parties of the present writ petition.
