Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move detailed representation before the concerned authority indicating the facts that he had applied for the post of Navik and appeared in the written examination, but by now he has not been intimated about the result thereof, despite the fact that he has preferred an appeal also.
In case, the petitioner preferred such a representation before the authorities, the same shall be decided expeditiously by the concerned authority by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of three months.
With the observations made above, present petition stands disposed of.
